Hatha Yoga - Park Rapids Community Education

Hatha yoga is a general yoga class known for its 3-5 breath in each pose. These classes are intentionally designed to balance the body s energy, leaving you feeling relaxed, calm and centered. These classes are for beginning to intermediate participants with some experience. Each class includes yoga asana (movement), pranayama (breathwork) and meditation for a 60-minute yoga class. Wear comfortable clothing and bring own yoga mat (extras are provided if you would like to borrow one).

 

Instructor: Emily Boedigheimer is certified and registered yoga teacher (RYT 500) with the Yoga Alliance, earning her advanced yoga teacher training certificate.
