Spring is the best time to renew, redecorate, rethink and relax...at the Spring Refresh!
Pick up your passport at any participating stores and make your way around town. Answer a historical question to get your passport signed (keep your eyes open, the clues will be everywhere).
Get your passports 80% completed to be entered to win. Passports need to be turned in by noon Monday, May 13. So brush up on your local history and put a spring in your step at the Spring Refresh in Downtown Park Rapids.
