Knute Nelson Home Care provides personalized health care to individuals in their home. Services are tailored to meet the needs of each individual and are provided on a one-to-one basis.
Knute Nelson Home Care is able to assist with numerous tasks, including:
•Cardiac and blood pressure monitoring
•24-hour monitoring and care
•Management of chronic illnesses, such as: Congestive heart failure, diabetes, emphysema, pneumonia, asthma, cancer and many others
•IV therapy
•Medication management and education
•Home health aide services to assist in activities of daily living such as: Shower/bathing assistance, dressing assistance, simple dressing changes, blood pressures, medication reminders
•Wound, ostomy and continence nurse on staff
