DESCRIPTION:The Park Rapids Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce & Tourism 4th of July parade is scheduled to start at 11 AM. The parade\, which will highlight over 70 participants\, will feature the theme of "Salute to the Troops   Heroes in our Hearts" in recognition of Independence Day.\n\n\n\nParade Route - Starting on Fair Ave near the main entrance of the Hubbard County Fairgrounds\; 2nd St. to Main Ave.   Main Ave. to 8th St.   8th St. to Fair Ave. and disbursing back at the Fairgrounds. The parade route\, as well as emergency and non-emergency routes\, can be viewed and downloaded using the image below.\n\n\n\nRules & Regulations: Units equal 32 feet or less. If larger than 32 feet\, you must purchase a 2nd space. Limited to 75 entries. In the spirit of celebration\, no protesting will be permitted during the parade. If parade officials determine an entry is in violation\, they will be immediately removed from the parade. You must have walkers handing out candy. Absolutely no throwing of candy from parade units will be allowed. All animal units are responsible for clean-up behind animals.
