SUMMARY:Fishhook Challenge 1/2 Marathon and 5K Run/Walk\, plus Dual Challenge
DESCRIPTION:The races start and finish at Heartland Park in Park Rapids.  The Half Marathon is a scenic run around Fishhook Lake (clockwise).  The middle miles have rolling hills.  The 5K is fairly flat and fast.    These are USATF certified courses with accurate miles marked.  There will be aid stations along the way for both races. \n\n\n\nThe Dual Challenge is to be back in time from the Half Marathon to start the 5/K at 9:30.  Hook the Challenge and receive a Commemorative Award!
