You and your family will be ready to begin a lifetime of memories on Minnesota's lakes and streams.\n\nPrograms last approximately two hours. Ages five and older. Participants under age 18 must be accompanied by a registered\, participant\, parent or legal guardian. $7/person\, children under 12 are free with a registered adult. Gigantic red and white pine logs were floated across the lake in spring\, loaded onto railroad cars and moved on to the town of Mallard and points beyond. See remnants of this spur during this car tour as we go to the site on Ozawindib Lake where the spur came to the shore. Continue on to the 'ghost town' of Mallard 6 miles north of the park\, as we learn of the logging days' boom and bust of this community.
