DESCRIPTION:Explore the progress of PRoject 309 school additions and renovations on Friday\, 8/1 from 12-3 with a self-guided tour. \n\nEnter through the Community Ed doors (S4) to tour:\n\n	New 7th/8th grade academic and learning area addition\n	New auxiliary gym\n	Community education areas\n\n Enter through the door E4 (just North of the main entrance) to view:\n\n\n	A modernized media center\n	Renovated academic and learning areas for grades 9-12\n	Science\, culinary\, and business labs designed to prepare students for future opportunities\n\n Areas under construction that will be inaccessible include:\n\n\n	Kitchen and commons area\n	Auditorium\n	Weight room\n	Main gym\n	Pool\n	Career and Technical Education area of: Agriculture\, Ind. Tech\, Automotive\, Building Trades\n\n Park Rapids Area Schools are incredibly proud of how these improvements will enhance learning and create opportunities for students for years to come. \n\n\n\nLooking ahead\, there will be a community open house and ribbon cutting ceremony during Homecoming Week (Sept. 22-26) to celebrate the full complete of these projects and PRoject 309. An overview of PRoject 309 is available below\, and printed copies will be provide to anyone who participates in the tour.
