DESCRIPTION:The 3rd Annual 5 Alarm 5k Walk/Run will take place on Saturday\, July 30th at 8AM.  This fun run/walk is raising funds for the benefit of the Park Rapids Volunteer Fire Department for Firefighter Fitness Funding. \n\n\n\nAGE GROUPS:\n\nOpen to all ages.\n\n                       \n\nCOURSE DESCRIPTION:\n\nMainly flat\, on asphalt\, through residential area. The course will be marked. There will be optional areas on the route that you can go through a fun water obstacle.\n\n\n\nAMENITIES:\n\nThere are bathrooms at the fire hall and there will be food and drink at the finish line. There will be a water stop halfway on the route                        \n\n\n\nPARKING:\n\nLimited parking is available at the PR fire hall but there is availability at next door businesses and in the residential areas\n\n\n\nENTRY FEES:\n\nA $30 entry fee will cover your race fees\, a T-shirt and a bag (pre-registration $30\, day of- $40) Each paid entry receives a one day wristband to the Legends & Logging Days event on August 12 & 13\, 2016.
