DESCRIPTION:The Park Rapids Arts and Culture Advisory Commission welcomes your ideas about how the arts can help us create a more vital and prosperous community. You are invited to attend one of two public meetings- one at 1 p.m. or one at 7 p.m. - Thursday\, Feb. 10 at the Armory Arts and Events Center to begin the process of updating the city's Arts and Culture Plan. The Advisory Commission will use your ideas and input to update goals in the Arts and Culture Plan approved in June 2017 and updated in 2019. This activity is made possible\, in part\, by a grant from the Region 2 Arts Council funded by an appropriation from the Minnesota State Legislature with money from the State's general fund.
