SUMMARY:Walt Winskowski Memorial Fishing Tournament
DESCRIPTION:First of the region's large-scale\, single day\, multi-species tournaments.  Sponsored by the Osage Lions Club.  Two person teams will compete for a top prize of $1000.  An additional $50 is awarded to the fisherman or woman who catches the largest entered fish of each species of northern\, bass or walleye.  The top 10 places pay out.    Pre-tournament fishing will not be allowed after Monday\, May 31.  From then until the competition begins the lake is off limits to anyone entered\, until the day of the tournament.    The tournament is limited to the first 45 entries\, and usually fills.  Entry forms can be found in area bait shops and Osage businesses.
