Description
Northwoods Bank will sponsor Frogleg, a fresh young band out of Minneapolis. Since their first show in late 2012, a major buzz about the band has spread throughout the Midwest music scene. Known for their songwriting and improvisational live performances, this 7-piece band would be best described as a soul band. A typical Frogleg show will usually feature a blend of funk, reggae, rock, jazz and bluegrass. Frogleg’s debut, self-titled album sold out in under six months. The band followed up in 2017 with the release of “Busy Checking In.” Band members are Joe Dun, guitar, vocals; Demitri Rallis, guitar, vocals; Elliott Wachs, saxophone; Jimmy Geisinger, bass; Doug Christianson, percussion; and CJ Vanderpoll, drums.
