COMMUNITY BAND PRE-FIREWORKS CONCERT:
After a two year hiatus, the Park Rapids Area Community Band will play a pre fireworks concert at 7:30 p.m. July 4th in Heartland Park under the direction of Adam Hultberg. The program will include a variety of music, including popular marches, a waltz, a few American folk melodies, and pieces by notable composers such as Leonard Bernstein and John Williams.
PARK RAPIDS ROTARY FIREWORKS:
The day comes to a close at Dusk with a fireworks display overlooking Fish Hook River & Heartland Park. Fireworks will be choreographed to music on KDKK 97.5 FM and Hot Country 92.5 FM. Pre-fireworks interviews begin at 9:30 PM.
