Description
The sixth annual memorial golf benefit will be held June 16, 2017 at Headwaters Golf Club.
The tournament will be a five person team scramble with a shotgun start at 1:30 pm.
Registration is open to individuals or teams and will begin at 11:30 am.
Peoria Scoring System Used
$100 Per Golfer
($75 for Headwaters Club Members)
Entry includes 18 holes of golf,
1/2 Cart and Dinner.
Proceeds will be used to fund the Park Rapids Boys and Girls
Golf Program Grades 5-12
