St Joseph's Area Health Services Weight Management retreat is for anyone interested in weight management. This includes surgical and nonsurgical weight-loss patients or anyone wanting to learn more about weight-loss treatment options available to them.
Featured highlights: a weight-loss experts "Dream Team" question and answer panel, cooking demonstrations, "There's an App for That" session, a scavenger hunt, movement, a silent auction, spa treatments and many opportunities to learn about healthy, simple living
