Understanding and Working to Improve Poverty in the Park Rapids Area
This workshop takes a comprehensive approach to understanding the dynamics that cause and maintain poverty from the individual to the systemic level and effective strategies for alleviating it.

Objective: The purpose of the workshop for community members to develop tools and strategies for the community to prevent, reduce, and alleviate poverty.
Topics include:
- Understanding poverty in the Park Raids Area
- Identifying strategies used to work with individuals in poverty
- Determining strategies to use in Park Rapids
- Where do we go from here?
