The Nemeth Art Center will host a 1920's theme fundraising dinner November 18th, 2017 called; "Brother Can You Spare a Dime?"
The event will be hosted by local chefs Amy Thielen (author, Give a Girl and Knife) and Megan Handke (executive chef, Wonewok) and will take place at Spike's Speakeasy, the newly reopened historic CCC roadhouse located north of Park Rapids on Highway 71.
Attendees are invited to dress up in 1920's themed attire and bring their change jars to donate to the art center. The heaviest jar of change will win an original piece of art by acclaimed photographer Wayne Gundmundson.
The cost of the dinner is $75 per person and the event will run from
