Dick Beardsley Marathon Running Camp
Description
Dick's camp isn't just a running camp--it is a MARATHON running camp. Each day the seminars and runs will focus on specifics you need to be a better marathoner. The camp will help you run LONGER, BETTER, SMARTER. The training program will include: hill training, tempo running, long-distance running and speedwork. The Dick Beardsley Half-Marathon (or 5k) will be run on 7/11/2010.
