Description
Lars Johnson, the "Food Safety Guy" www.foodsafetyguy.com will present "Supervising Volunteer Food Workers". This 2.5 hour class covers the basic responsibilities of supervising a food event at a church including when you need licensing, local health department contacts, food safety basics and how to keep your diners and congregation safe.
