There will be FREE Blood Pressure checks on-site.
Knute Nelson will have Staff there to give helpful tips about Living with Diabetes. We will have multiple hand-outs for you and charts for tracking your numbers and progress.

Anyone with Diabetes, Pre-Diabetes, Caregivers, Open to the Public

Many people are Living with Diabetes. Our goal is that you walk away from the meeting learning something new that will help you.
