Mark your calendar, set your alarms, stoke the fire and bring in the cat!
Tonight, beginning at 6:00 pm, come join us for Kickboxing Family Group Exercise, followed by Boot Camp Fitness at 7:15. Also, don’t forget to join us for Early Bird Group Exercise beginning tomorrow morning, October 24th, at 6:00 am.
All classes are held at the the Park Rapids Taekwondo School located at 556 Henrietta Ave N, in Park Rapids, just 1/2 mile north of Wal Mart. Call for details: 218-236-7669.
