Description
Rules are simple. Register at www.headwatersanimalshelter.org/walkathon Then start collecting funds for the shelter. On June 8 leash your dog, collect your pledges and head to the park for a walk and expo. Prizes will be awarded for the Top Dog pledge earners.
Food, vendors and fun for the entire family are on the dogget (docket) including most unique pet, owner/pet look alike contest and best "helping paw" trick. Live demos will include the Central Lakes Search & Rescue Team, flyball, agility and freestyle dancing dog.
Proceeds from the dog walk and pet expo will support the Headwaters Animal Shelter and its programs.
