Sponsored by Hubbard in Prevention Coalition (HIP) and Park Rapids We Decide student youth group. Focusing on how we can work together to change the culture of underage drinking in our community. Door prize, refreshments, resources and conversation to discuss local / county data, underage drinking in Hubbard County, hopes, concerns and the BIG NEXT.
