Description
Darrin Hoverson, DNR Ecological and Water Resources Division Area Hydrologist, will discuss "Our Connected Waters". We will learn how the wetlands help clean the lakes, the related ground and surface water levels and qualities, and water actions we may consider. We'll come away understanding even more about the Straight River Groundwater Management Area, forest conversion plus opportunities for positively impacting Minnesota's goal of 25% improvement in water quality by 2025.
