Description

Joel Center is a Colorado native musician who has many different instruments and genre pots going on his musical stovetop. After ten years playing in what some dubbed a "Transylvanian Ballroom" psychedelic band and becoming known for his wide vocal range and uniquely insightful lyrics, he has changed course to focus more on solo work. Emanating as much energy as possible by placing a guitar, kick drum, foot tambourine, harmonica, and occasionally violin between himself and the audience, he plays an eclectic ensemble of both originals and covers that range from the darker side of folk and americana to more upbeat and energetic tunes that'll keep the audience guessing at what they'll shake to next!
