Noon Hour Concert
Adedayo Lawal Emmanuel
The Noon Hour Concert for Thursday, July 28th, 12:15 to 12:45 is at Calvary Lutheran Church and will feature Adedayo Lawal Emmanuel on trumpet. Adedayo is currently studying trumpet performance at Bemidji State University under the tutelage of prof. Scott Guidry. Adedayo’s aim is to be a professional soloist, chamber musician, orchestra player, and music educator. His mentor told him “that it’s not the amount of time you spend playing your instrument that matters but it’s the amount of time spent cultivating what you want to sound like in the first place”- Chris Coletti
Adedayo was a member of the Divine Symphony Orchestra (Nigeria) and a member of the chamber music society of Nigeria. He Played in the Heartland Symphony Orchestra and was also featured in an opera production “Amahl and the night visitors” here in the USA.
When he’s not playing music he loves to work out, play sports such as soccer and pool, and travel.
There will be a free will offering for the performer.
