North Country Trail Snowshoe Hike
Description
Join members and friends of the Laurentian Lakes Chapter for a guided snowshoe hike on the North Country National Scenic Trail. Cross country skiers are also welcome.
On February 4th meet at the MN Hwy. 113 trailhead 0.8 miles west of Becker Co. 37 on MN Hwy 113. This will be an in and out hike following the North/South continental (Laurentian) divide for about 2 miles. Total hike length is 4 miles with return to the trailhead. Shorter distances can be accommodated.
Hikers should dress in layers appropriate for the weather and carry water and trail snacks.
Children are welcome, but must be with a responsible adult.
