Description
The Northern Light Opera Company presents Pippin at the Armory Arts & Events Center, 203 Park Avenue S, Park Rapids, MN.
The musical: Pippin and his father, Emperor Charlemagne, are historical characters, but the plot is fictional and presents no historical accuracy regarding either. Pippin is the story of a young mans journey to be extraordinary, to find the secret of true happiness and fulfillment. He ultimately finds meaning in the unextraordinary moments of daily life.
The production of Pippin at the Armory Arts & Events Center marks the 20th year NLOC has produced family friendly musicals that give audiences a close up, intimate theater experience.
This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota, through a grant from the Region 2 Arts Council, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
