Description
Swim: .25 mile from city beach on Lake Belle Taine. Bike: 14 mile ride on paved roads--limited traffic control. Run: 5K run on a fast, out & back course on the paved Heartland Trail. Individuals or relay teams. There will be a maximum number of entries.
