Community Band Pre-Fireworks Concert-
The Park Rapids Area Community Band will perform a pre-fireworks concert at 7:30 PM, July 4th in Heartland Park under the direction of Adam Hultberg. The program will include a variety of music, including popular marches, a waltz, a few American folk melodies, and pieces by notable composers.
Park Rapids Rotary Fireworks
The day comes to a close at dusk with a fireworks display overlooking Fish Hook River and Heartland Park. Fireworks will be choreographed to music on KDKK 97.5FM and Hot Country 92.5FM. Pre- fireworks interviews begin at 9:30 PM.
