Hubbard Co University of MN Extension is pleased to offer a home food preservation workshop. Lou Ann Jopp, retired Extension Nutritionist, will present a program that covers the latest research-based methods of home canning, drying, freezing and storing your garden vegetables and share experiences about these methods as well as jams and jellies, and pickling.
Registration is preferred; walk-ins are welcomed.
