Description
SONGWRITERS SHOWCASE is back!!!
Thursday, February 29th 7 pm at the Armory Arts & Events Center in beautiful downtown Park Rapids!
Songwriters Showcase is a unique entertainment experience featuring talented Minnesota songwriters performing their original songs in an intimate setting.
Part of what makes the evening special is the artists sharing about themselves as well as the stories behind their songs.
There is also Q&A from the audience, so everyone has an opportunity to be involved!
The Feb 29, 2024 Showcase will feature Amanda B Perry, Katy Tessman, Nikki Lemire, Isaak Elker, and Scott Jasmin.
Amanda B. Perry is a pianist with a larger-than-life persona and voice to match. She writes passionate songs about life and love.
Katy Tessman, is an optimistic and approachable songwriter who celebrates life’s stumbles and summits.
Nikki Lemire is a harpist who combines her unique musicality with beautiful pop vocals.
Isaak Gill Elker is a member of Minnesota band Good Morning Bedlam. He writes energetic, heartfelt Midwest folk.
Scott Jasmin writes what he calls small-town Americana, telling stories of the beauty, tragedy victory and heartbreak of ordinary life here in the Midwest.
This spectacular music event, set in the Historic Park Rapids Armory Arts & Events Center, is sure to offer a memorable evening for music lovers of all ages!
