Description
This sourdough baking class is an introduction to sourdough baking. It covers sourdough in history along with how to create and maintain a sourdough culture (students will leave with their own culture). The class also covers baking techniques, making pancakes, plus sampling different sourdough breads and biscuits. You will also receive a sourdough recipe booklet. Taught by Mark Bridge, owner of The Cottage Baker.
