The Great Northern Radio Show with Aaron Brown and his cast of Northern Minnesota characters will broadcast its next live variety program on Northern Community Radio from Armory Square in Park Rapids from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday, September 27. Featuring popular Minneapolis bands Tree Party and The Sterling Roots, both with Park Rapids area roots, community members will join the Great Northern Players to present music, stories and comedy about modern life off the beaten path. Local guests who will be appearing are Deane Johnson, Jerry Mevissen, Bernie Cunningham and Molly Luther. Call 800-662-5799 to reserve your free tickets (free will offering taken at the show).
