The rides start and finish at the Mississippi Headwaters Hostel in Itasca State Park, which is 20 miles north of Park Rapids.

Adults $40 which includes the BBQ meal after rideYouth: $20 (17 and under) includes BBQ mealExtra BBQ tickest: $15 each for non-cyclists Registration dates: Sunday April 25th until Sunday August 15 We strongly urge riders to register in advance. Day-of-Ride Registrations: Adults $60 ; Youth $30Registration method is by Mail-in only - or you can drop it by our office in St. Paul. One registration form per person please. Please make checks payable to HI Minnesota. Commemorative T-shirt: $12 (XS-XL) $14 (XXL) Please order on your registration form. Limited T-shirt sales will be available on the day of the ride.

Tour de PInes Bike Ride
Description
Experience cycling in Itasca State Park and on the quiet roads surrounding the park. There will be 25, 50 and 75 mile route options, all beginning by following the gorgeous Wilderness Road in Itasca State Park. The longer routes continue outside of Itasca through quiet lake country dotted with farms, forests, rivers and streams.
The Tour offers excellent road support, rest stops and food. You will finish your ride at the HI-Mississippi Headwaters Hostel. A home cooked BBQ meal will be wating for you.
Wear a properly fitted and certified helmet at all times while riding the Tour.
