Come and experience this ancient way of communing with the spirit within. In trance dance there are no steps to learn. You "dance" or move with an intention, allow the music to take you within, and discover answers to your questions/intention. You move as little or as much as you want. Since this is the time of Halloween/Samhain we will be working with our ancestors in the dance. Trance dance is not recommended for those who have seizures or severe heart problems. Wear comfortable clothes in layers and bring a water bottle.
