Description
Cute costumed characters will line Main Avenue for Trick or Treat Park Rapids. Participating businesses welcome the parade of princesses, tiny Spidermen, pirates and masked marauders from 3 to 6 pm. Starting at 6 pm Heritage Living Center and Heritage Manor welcome the characters to their dining rooms for more Halloween treats and fun.
