Yoga with Bryana Cook of Northern Namaste Yoga & Boreal Bliss Yoga Retreats

Fitting for all levels - beginner to experienced. The setting is perfection; the atmosphere is laid back and relaxed. I always say - you cannot take yourself too seriously in a brewery. Feel refreshed and blissed out after an hour of yoga and good company!
•1-hour all-levels vinyasa flow with certified instructor, Bryana Cook RYT-500
•Drink after class included (craft beer or non-alcoholic options available)
What to bring:
-yoga mat
-photo ID (if 21 and interested in alcoholic drink after class)
-cash/check/venmo for payment (venmo info is Bryana-Cook | phone # 507-327-6303 | my Northern Namaste Yoga logo is the photo on the account)
-drop-in rate $20
-or use your class pass* + bring an additional $5 per class at the brewery
*Class passes are $80 for eight classes and $50 for four classes. Passes can be used at all of my current classes and do not expire.
