2019 Yoga + Journaling + Sankalpa Setting Workshop with Bryana Cook of Northern Namaste Yoga & Boreal Bliss Yoga Retreats
A very special two hour workshop for YOU! As an extra special treat, this extended session is only $15: includes the two hour session + a craft beer (n/a options available). I like to do special offerings throughout the year to express my appreciation for you. This is one of them! THANK YOU for a beautiful 2018 yogis.
This workshop is on a SATURDAY morning and falls just after the start of the new year. Join me for a creative yoga class focused on cultivating our intentions for the new year. Our physical posture yoga class will be followed by a journaling and Sankalpa setting workshop aimed at a focused, or freeing, year ahead.
Last year we did a very special journaling exercise to reflect, as well as look ahead. This has been a treasured practice of mine for the last three years. Bring your journal for an enlightening writing and Sankalpa Setting exercise after our asana class. Have your reflections from 2017? Bring that too! Reflecting back AFTER this year's writing session is fascinating.
