Itasca Naturopathic Clinic is seeking a part-time/full-time Office Assistant/Receptionist for its Park Rapids, MN office. 

As an in-person Office Assistant/Receptionist, you will have the opportunity to assist patients with their healthcare needs while supporting the daily operations of the clinic. Starting Pay: $17.38/hour, increasing to $19.38/hour after a three-month training/trial period.

Customer Service Tasks:
• Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and friendliness
• Answer phones
• Respond to emails
• Answer questions without providing medical advice
• Schedule appointments
• Follow up on appointment reminders
• Fax lab orders
• Upload lab orders and requisitions
• Take supplement orders
• Create billing invoices
 
Office Tasks:
• Vacuum reception area and Dr. Oppitz's office daily 
• Keep the office clean and orderly 
• Shred confidential information and empty the shredder daily 
• Manage recycling and trash 
• Inventory samples and lab kits weekly 
• Clean supplement shelves and check for expired products monthly/quarterly 
• Stock and organize supplements
