MAHUBE-OTWA is actively seeking a dedicated Head Start Licensing Coordinator to oversee the implementation and ongoing compliance with licensing regulations in our center-based settings. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to all licensing rules, conduct regular assessments, and collaborate with staff to maintain high standards of operation. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $28.39 - $29.91
Schedule: Non-Exempt, Day Shift, Monday – Friday, 40 hours/week, full time, year-round with reduced summer hours & two one-week layoffs spread over the program year
Remote Work: Possible One Day Per Week Remote, may travel within our 5-county area (Mahnomen, Hubbard, Becker, Otter Tail, and Wadena)
