Office Receptionist and Bookkeeping
Full-time position during tax season and part-time through the year includes but is not limited to assisting with payroll preparation and other office tasks. Growth within the company depends on drive of candidate and abilities. Confidentiality will be a high priority.
Requirements: Computer skills are necessary with experience in Excel, Word, and QuickBooks. Organization and ability to complete duties on a timely basis along with communication with customers and staff.
Preferred Skills: Two years’ experience within an office setting with the ability to be an organized and communicative administrative assistant. Associate Degree.
