Farm Foreman

The farm laborer/foreman position is open for 2026 and includes the following requirements:

• Must have valid driver’s license
• Must be available on weekends and be able to work flexible hours
• Must be at least 18
• Must be able to lift up to fifty-hundred pounds
• Must listen to direction of assistant manager
• Must be available for up to 20hrs/week between June and November

Would be nice to have, but not required:

• experience working at a farm or in a garden
• have basic construction knowledge (how to use a drill, saw, measure)
• have experience being in charge of other employees
• have experience driving tractor or operating farm equipment generally
