General Farm Laborer

This position is open to someone with experience working on a farm and basic knowledge of driving tractors and working with basic tools with the ability to work alone and also lead other workers (picking pumpkins, for example). However, an individual without farm experience may also be considered.

Requirement:

• Must be flexible in work schedule (ability to work Monday thru Saturday as needed)
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have an easy-going personality that can take instructions from the Assistant Manager and others
• Must be used to working alone, while having ability to oversee other workers
