Cook for Northern Pines Camp and Retreat Center
Cook, Seasonal, starting June 1, Varied shifts, especially supper and weekends, kitchen open 7 days a week many weeks, up to 30 hours per week
Experience in a commercial style kitchen, be able to prepare meals for large groups, knowledge of and experience in preparation of special dietary foods, be able to supervise kitchen assistants, assist with and supervise others in the cleaning of Red Pine Center, including the dining hall, restrooms and meeting rooms, be able to maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining room, have certification in food safety.
