Food Industry and Restaurants
The role of beverage support will be an assistant or helper to the beverage coordinators. Primary focus will be on ancillary tasks...providing necessary support including but not limited to bar set-up, maintain cleanliness of all guest areas, stock/restock items including cut fruit, beverages and snacks, transport guests, set-up evening activities, organizational skills, etc.
Position is a support role requiring more work direction whereby worker follows generally defined procedures and typically is supporting routine duties to include ability to work in different phases of the site operations, food & beverage, maintenance, etc. Worker is responsible for the day-to-day operations. These duties can include care and routine maintenance of the beverage areas, operation of equipment, and general janitorial duties, which includes trash removal and dishes. Manual labor is expected at times. Works closely staff to prepare for and conduct site activities. Ability to communicate and work harmoniously with patrons, vendors, and fellow employees. Responds and attends to patron requests. Ability to learn and enforce site policies, rules, and regulations. Ability to follow verbal and or written instructions. Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely. Use excellent customer service skills, establish, and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and guests. Other duties as assigned, including tasks which support the essential functions and may be changed or redesigned. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.

  • Customer Service representative
  • Prepare and serve beverages to guest
  • Answer and communicate telephone calls and messages
  • Monitor and uphold best practices in regard to the health, safety and welfare of guests and staff.
  • Set up of event props and equipment.
  • Prepare and setup evening activates as scheduled.
  • Maintain equipment in a clean and orderly condition
  • Maintain clean work area
  • Transport of equipment, luggage, loading and unloading of vehicles
  • Climbing foot stool/ladder
  • Ability to work adjusted schedules and overtime when required
  • Shift schedule begins at 4 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.
  • Be aware of evacuation procedures and provide emergency response when necessary
