Job Description:
This is an opportunity to join a talented culinary team working in a state-of-the-art kitchen tucked away in the pristine North woods.  We are a fine dining establishment that operates out of two kitchens on property featuring wood fired grills, pizza oven, and the ability to dry age steaks in-house. Whether you are a seasoned cook or beginning your culinary journey, we offer the opportunity to continuously learn and grow. We provide breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner for groups varying between 20-50 people.  Staff meals are prepared and served daily for am and pm shifts.  We cook a variety of cuisines featuring local produce, wild game, fresh fish, steaks, and seafood.  Our menus are product driven, and focused on using the best local, sustainable, and seasonal ingredients available. 

As a line cook, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Must be punctual, reliable, and have a positive attitude
  •  Prepare all food according to SERV Safe guidelines (HACCP, sanitation, and personal hygiene) and follow the “Clean as you go” philosophy.
  • Follow all Covid-19 safety protocols and procedures
  • Knife handling skills.
  • Assist in the preparation and service of breakfast, lunch, and dinner entrees by following instructions, recipes and best practices as communicated by the Culinary Services team leader.
  • Involves prep, final cooking, presentation, garnish, and service of all meals based on the work hours scheduled.
