Join the 2022 Manpower team as a Rec Support/Guest Services associate.
Qualifying employees will work onsite for Manpower at 3M Wonewok Park Rapids, MN!
Do you have a knack for customer service and enjoy making sure guest have a fantastic time doing different activities then Manpower has the perfect position for you!
In this position you will:
- Enjoy Shifts ranging from 7am-3:30pm or 2pm-10:30pm based on guest activities
- Full Time hours through October.

- Provide customer service support on a face-to-face basis
- Organize, lead, and promote interest in recreational activities such as arts, crafts, sports, and games
- Explain principles, techniques, and safety procedures to participants in recreational activities, and demonstrate use of materials and equipment
- Enforce rules and regulations of recreational facilities in order to maintain discipline and ensure safety
- Performs a variety of general manual labor tasks, this includes maintaining recreational facilities and grounds.
- Maintain equipment in a clean and orderly condition
- Share lifting of heavy items 50#
- Transport of equipment, luggage, loading and unloading of vehicles
- Set up of event props and equipment
- Makes minor repairs, removes trash and litter and cleans outdoor areas
- Climbing foot stool/ladders
- Ability to work adjusted schedules and overtime when required
- Be aware of facility evacuation procedures.
