• Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses
• Excellent Communication Skills – Written, Verbal, and Auditory

• Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs

Responsibilities

We encourage each team member to bring their authentic skills and insights to work each day helping our customers.

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
• Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and uphold our commitment to excellence

Hours 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; One hour lunch break

Compensation

Base Salary of $40,000 Per Year (Average commissions of 5K-20K)

Our compensation expectations show a range of our salary plus commission system. With our profitable and thriving market and business model, team development, and intentional hiring process, we are confident that you will be successful in achieving high-earning compensation amounts.

Welcome to Marie Luetmer State Farm Agency! Our agency of insurance professionals works hard to ensure a friendly and welcoming environment in our office. We’re caring, compassionate and reliable, and we have a passion for helping people manage everyday risks, plan, and protect the people and things they cherish most. As for me, Marie, I am a Minnesota native, and a graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead with degrees in English and Mass Communications with an emphasis in Economics. I’m married to my husband Nick and enjoy watching our Minnesota sports teams and spending time with family in my free time. Nick and I have a daughter named Ruth, along with our German Shepherd named Booker. I’m also a book nerd— I have a library room in our house and love to read almost any book I get my hands on.
