You’ll be responsible for:

Leading technicians and service staff - Manage and support service technicians, ensuring work is completed on schedule and to the highest standards.

Managing schedules and workflow - Open, update, and close service work orders in a timely and efficient manner. Coordinate service appointments and technician schedules to maximize productivity.

Delivering an excellent customer experience - Act as the primary point of contact for service customers, providing accurate estimates, explaining repair processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Build a culture of accountability and teamwork

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Detail-oriented and proactive.

Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Has equipment service or service writing experience - Knowledge of UTVs, ATVs, and other powersports vehicles is highly preferred.
