About Us
Heartland Homes, Inc. is a non-profit charitable organization providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities in the Park Rapids area.
Heartland Homes Inc. currently provides support services to 23 individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting (6 group homes), and 34 individuals in it's community based programs (SILS/WS) to individuals who live independently in the community or with a family member.
Our organization is governed by a Board of Directors who meet monthly to oversee the overall operation of the company.
